Craig, deceased, Paradise Lakes Condominium Association, Inc, Patrice Craig, Marjorie Montejo aka Marjorie Cobb, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Ronald J. Craig, deceased, Unknown Spouse of Ronald J. Craig, deceased, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Henry Ohland, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the October 17, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CURTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 11, BUILDING G, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARADISE LAKES RESORT, CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 16, 1961, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1159, PAGES 1382 THROUGH 1478, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1160, PAGES 0296 THROUGH 0392 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
