NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Count V) (the “Final Judgment”), dated April 21, 2022, and the Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated July 18, 2022, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000901 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein AMERICAN MOMENTUM BANK is Plaintiff and LAPORTE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS, INC. d/b/a SIGN EFFEX, WAYNE M. LAPORTE, KIMBERLY K. LAPORTE, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, OREN K. DOWDY, and STONEGATE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of October 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
