YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment regarding title to the following-described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
1. 1980 Trop 50' Mobile Home with Identification No. 2754A currently titled in the name of the Hamilton Family Trust dated May 26, 1999;
2. 1980 Trop 50' Mobile Home with Identification No. 2754B currently titled in the name of the Hamilton Family Trust dated May 26, 1999; and
3. Membership Certificate 452 in Homeowners of Port Charlotte Village, Inc. currently titled in the name of the Hamilton Family Trust dated May 26, 1999.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Warren R. Ross, Esquire of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 1st day of November, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
