Lots 9 and 10, Block 258, HARBOUR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, Section 10, Part 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 42A thru 42D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Parcel ID: 402309430004. Having an address: 1825 or 1829 Dumont Dr., Punta Gorda, 33983. The shortly described it as follows:
