The property herein described is as follows:
Lot 142 Sugar Creek Resort Co-Op PI# 14040.0715/3, SUGAR CREEK CAMPSITE RESORT, A Cooperative Campground, developed upon land specifically described in Official Record Book 969, Pages 888 through 889 inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.; the current record owners of which are WILMA F. ELDRIDGE.
With an address of 3300 26th Avenue East, Lot 142, Bradenton, FL 34208.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief regarding the termination of a proprietary leasehold interest, eviction, and an action to quiet title has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, SUGAR CREEK RESORT ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Verified Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER MANATEE EDITION.
