PARCEL 1: That part of Tract 52, of unrecorded Royal Ranches, described as follows: The South 68 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 26 East, Polk County, Florida, Less the East 166 feet thereof, and the West 58 feet of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Less the South 68 feet thereof, and Less the North 30 feet thereof for Pipes Road.
PARCEL 2: That part of Tract 52, of unrecorded Royal Ranches, described as follows: The North 156 feet of the South 224 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 26 East, Polk County, Florida, Less the East 166 feet and the West 58 feet thereof, and the East 58 feet of the West 116 feet of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Less the South 224 feet thereof and Less the North 30 feet thereof for Pipes Road.
