NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2022, and entered in 51-2022-CA-000992ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-EFC7 is the Plaintiff and HARRY J. PASQUALE A/K/A HARRY PASQUALE; DEBRA J. PASQUALE; F/K/A DEBRA JUDY BENNETT; WEAVER LOGISTICS, INC. are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on October 31, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND A STRIP OF LAND COMPRISING THE SOUTHWESTERNMOST 50 FEET OF THE FORMER SEABOARD COASTLINE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY, WHICH RIGHT OF WAY IS 50 FEET WIDE ON EACH SIDE OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROADBED OF FORMER MAIN TRACT; SAID STRIP OF LAND ADJOINING AND LYING NORTHEAST OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 17, PORT KING ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
