NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003731 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS 2004-12, Plaintiff and STROUBE, JACK, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of November, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 460, SATURNIA LAKES - PLAT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, AT PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
