NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2020-CA-000331-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOAN E. NICHOLSON AKA JOAN ELAINE NICHOLSON, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of November, 2022, the following described property:
