Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 14, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2021 CA 004757 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 202, Building 52, BIRD BAY V, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1514, Page 478, amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 49, and amendments thereto, Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Property address of: 646 Bird Bay Drive East, Unit 202, Building 52, Venice, FL 34285 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on OCTOBER 18, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
