NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2018 CA 002918 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust is the Plaintiff and Alejandro J. Orfila; Nancy A. Minehart; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Southfield Subdivision Maintenance and Property Owners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 31st day of October, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, SOUTHFIELD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 37, 37A THRU 37C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
