NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of August 2022, in Case No. 2015 CA 000677, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MCLP ASSET COMPANY, INC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES A. HUMMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES A. HUMMER; YULIYA HUMMER; CITY OF NORTH PORT FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; CHARLES A. HUMMER III; ERIC HUMMER; BUFFY PODDANY; NATALIE BRANKLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 21st day of October 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1575, THIRTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 16, 16A THROUGH 16L, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
