NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2022, entered in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 001723 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-B, is Plaintiff and GEORGE MITEV; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on January 17, 2023 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, COUNTY MANOR SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 37,37A through 37C, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
