Plaintiff, vs.
Amber Jones, The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors,
Trustees, and all other claimants claiming by, through, under or against Erica E. Keresztessy,
deceased, United States of America Internal Revenue Service, Florida Department of Revenue,
Defendants.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, South Winds Mobile Homeowners Association, Inc. has filed an action against you seeking to quiet title after terminating record title to the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit #159, South Winds Mobile Home Park, a cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (Plot Plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 2308, Pages 86 through 110 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
upon which lies the following double-wide mobile home:
1980 Schnure Ho' Trailer, VIN S166689
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for 4 consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
