NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Judgment on Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action on August 17, 2022, and the “Order Cancelling and Resetting Sale,” entered on September 21, 2022, in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described below to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on October 31, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.:
