NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage of Foreclosure entered on September 21, 2022, in Civil Action No. 2020CA003926, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL LOAN TRUST 2019-2, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 12th day of January, 2023, the following real property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
