NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 09/17/2022, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-005576 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and ERIC PERRYMAN A/K/A ERIC J. PERRYMAN; CAROLYN PERRYMAN A/K/A CAROLYN E. PERRYMAN; PANTHER TRACE II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Cindy Stewart , will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 12, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 5, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2A-2, UNIT 2 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 240-269 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
