NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2023, the Clerk of the Circuit and County Court of Flagler County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at www.flagler.realforeclose.com, Flagler County, Florida on MAY 5, 2023 at 11:00 am (E.S.T.), in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property situated in Flagler County, Florida:
Lot 12 of Block 51 of SUBDIVISION MAP FLORIDA PARK - SECTION - 7 PALM COAST, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 18 of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 35, Page 528 of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
