NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Emergency Disaster Debris Removal

Notice is hereby given that the Grand Haven Community Development District (the “
requests proposals to provide removal and lawful disposal of debris from all public streets, roads, and other rights of way, including any other locally owned facil ity or site as may be directed by District and in accordance with Federal Requirements (Request for Proposals No. GH-DIS-2023-01).
The Request for Proposal and contract documents will be available for the public inspection and may be obtained beginning on March 30 202 3 beginning at 10:00 a.m., by contacting Jackie Leger by phone at (321) 263-0132, ext. 741 or by email at [email protected].
Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit seven ( printed copies of the
required proposal no later than 1 :00 p.m., on Monday, May 1, 2023, at the office of the District Manager, located at 250 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary Florida 32746 ATTN: David McInnes Proposals received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned unopened to the Proposer. In addition, an electronic copy of the proposal in PDF format must be emailed to Jackie Leger at [email protected] no later than 1 :00 p.m., on Monday, May 1, 2023. Proposals will be opened at the District Manager's office in Lake Mary on Monday, May 1 202 3 at 1:0 5 p.m.
Ranking of proposals will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in the ranking worksheet contained within the Request for Proposals. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, to waive minor technical errors and informalities or to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the District.
