NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2022CA001415000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE J. HERRON, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfiled, CPA, Clerk of Courts and Comptroller, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.POLK. REALFORECLOSE.COM at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2023 and the following described property:
