NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2022-CA-001054-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC, Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. HOLT AKA ELIZABETH ANN HOLT, et al., are Defendants. I, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of May, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 2, PINE RIDGE ESTATES SECTION EIGHT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in Fla. Stat. 45.032.
