Final Judgment was awarded on March 28, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22000367CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES A. MCDONALD A/K/A JAMES MCDONALD, DECEASED; SUNCOAST LAKES SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOSHA M.
