NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Partition of Mineral Interests entered on April 3, 2023, in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Civil Action Number 512022CA001573CAAXES, the undersigned Clerk will sell the mineral rights on the Property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., in the following location: in person, at a live sale conducted by the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Pasco County, at the South entrance of the Pasco County Courthouse, 38053 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523-3894.

NOTICE: ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE OWNER(S) OF THE MINERAL RIGHTS ON THE PROPERTY AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR TO ANY SURPLUS FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE SALE CONTEMPLATED HEREIN, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE SALE.
