NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 12, 2023 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 000290, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RONALD HENNING, DECEASED; TAMARA ANN SIBEN; AMANDA LYNN HENNING; ROBERT EDWARD KOLLING; SPRING LAKE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF NPR, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ERIC HENNING; MICHELLE KROWIORZ; MICHAEL HENNING are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 15, 2023 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, SPRING LAKE ESTATE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING THE THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
