NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP
Union Park East Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop on April 6, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Fairfield, 2650 Lajuana Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.
The purpose of the workshop is to review the proposed operations and maintenance assessments (O&M Assessment) for the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop. You may attend the workshop via zoom. Please check the District s website (www.unionparkeastcdd.org) for the zoom information.
