Unit/Lot No. 425 of SANDPIPER RESORT CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 1816, Page 374, et seq., Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legal described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement together with the single wide mobile home situated thereon. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for declaratory relief has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiffs, BOBBY E. GULLETT and SARA M. GULLETT, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
