COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF SPANISH GARDENS DRIVE S.E. AND THE CENTERLINE OF LA CORUNA LANE S.E., AS SHOWN ON SHEET 3 OF 5 OF THE SPANISH GARDENS MAPS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36 AT PAGES 1 THROUGH 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF LA CORUNA LANE S.E.
