NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of March, 2023, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 20-CA-000264 DIV I, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Cindy Stuart, shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, on May 3, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
