NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-003690 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC3 is Plaintiff and FLORIDA TRUST SERVICES LLC, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUFFINGTON LANE LAND TRUST #12129 DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2021; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALBERTO CEBALLOS RIVERA A/K/A ALBERTO C. LOT 13, IN BLOCK 3, OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 32, PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, AT PAGES(S) 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
