PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 29, 2023, a petition was filed commencing Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceedings pursuant to Chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by Freedom Orthotics, Inc. (the “Assignor”), to Michael Moecker (the “Assignee”), whose address is 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33315. The Assignor maintains its principal place of business in Pinellas County, Florida with the mailing address of P.O. Box 830794, Dunedin, Florida 34697.
Pursuant to Section 727.105, Fla. Stat., no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and except in the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in personal property or real property collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment, or the like, in connection with any judgment against assets of the estate in the possession, custody, or control of the Assignee.
YOU ARE HEREBY further notified that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding, you must file a proof of claim with the Assignee on or before July 27, 2023.
