NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2022, and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2022 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 14, 2023 entered in Case No. 19-008138-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and YASHIRA M. MONTANEZ; JOAN ALBERTO HOWELL; ALBINO INVESTMENT LLC; MINTA ALBINO; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
