corporation, estate or trust or other legal entity named as a defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties,
natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming
under any of the above named or described defendants,

BERGER, deceased, their unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, judgment creditors, assignees, successors in interest, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them; and all unknown natural persons if alive, and if dead or not known to or alive, their several and respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees grantees, and judgment creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, or under those unknown natural persons; and the several and respective unknown assigns, successors in interest, trustees, or any other person claiming by, through, under, or against any corporation, estate or trust or other legal entity named as a defendant; and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants,

Lot 188, BROOKWOOD-FIRST ADDITION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
b) Parcel Two- 6720 Hibiscus Ave., South, Lot 177, South Pasadena, Florida, Brookwood, further described as:
Lot 177, BROOKWOOD-FIRST ADDITION, according to Map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
c) Parcel Three- 4624 83rd Terrace N., Lot 64, North Disston Park, Pinellas Park, Florida, further described as:
Lot 64, NORTH DISSTON PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in plat book 39, page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
d) Parcel Four- 884 67th Street S., St. Petersburg, Florida further described as:
Lot 191, BROOKWOOD FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 31, Page 43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, PHILIP B. BERGER, by ALISON CARPENTER, as Agent and Attorney in Fact under Power of Attorney dated the 20th day of August, 2020, has filed a Complaint to Quiet Title in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 23-000970-CI.
Any persons having an interest, claim or objection in this matter must serve a copy of his, her, their or its Claim or Objection or written defenses to it, if any, on the Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address are:
