NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the April 13, 2023 Foreclosure Sale and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of April, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-002258-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN MITCHELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN MITCHELL, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of June 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, MYRTLEDALE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 88, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
