You are notified of the institution of this action by Plaintiff, BERNARD TEYSSIER, against you for a declaratory judgment and to quiet title to the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 4967, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION NINETY THREE, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 1A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Branden M. Henderson, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7650 W. Courtney Campbell Causeway, Suite 1150, Tampa, Florida, 33607, by 5-17-23 and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; Otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
