NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22000923CA of the Circuit Court of
the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE OF WV 2017-1 GRANTOR TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST, HELEN IRENE HUGHEY, DECEASED; MARIA MANOR ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATALIE DEWEESE; TRACY DEWEESE; KENDRA TRUMBULL; ERICA CUTCHER; ANDREA DEWEESE; CORRINA DEWEESE; STEPHEN DEWEESE A/K/A STEPHEN PAUL DEWEESE and SHIRLEY DEWEESE A/K/A SHIRLEY WAYNE DEWEESE, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 391, PAGE 912; O.R. BOOK 471, PAGE 721; O.R. BOOK 501, PAGE 202; O.R. BOOK 501, PAGE 206 AND O.R. BOOK 526, PAGE 281,
AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
