NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22000900CA of the Circuit Court of
the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE OF WV 2017-1 GRANTOR TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST, INGE J. PETTERSON, DECEASED; DONALD PETTERSON and CHRISTOPHER ENGLISH, are Defendants, Roger D. Eaton, the Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 5, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 538, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 11A THROUGH 11G OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
