NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 20, 2023 in Civil Case No. 53-2022-CA-001524 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and JEAN MARIE MACDONALD, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of May, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6 OF AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SUN AIR COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN SOUTH 04 DEG 40` 00” EAST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID SUN AIR COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION, 82.56 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 04 DEG 40` 00” EAST 50.00 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 85 DEG 40` 00” EAST 105.00 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 04 DEG 40` 00” WEST 50.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 85 DEG 40` 00” WEST 105.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
