NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 31, 2023, issued in and for Polk, Florida, in Case No. 2021-CA-001478, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and
ANDOVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC., ELENA SANTANA, ERIBERTO GUZMAN, ROBERTO SERRANO, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELENA SANTANA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIBERTO GUZMAN N/K/A ADELINA MARTINEZ and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO SERRANO are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, POLK CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on May 5, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
