NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2023, and entered in Civil Case No. 2022CA001940000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is the Plaintiff and the ESTATE OF JAMES B. CLARK, DECEASED; THE HEIRS OF JAMES B. CLARK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: HEIR: REBECCA CLARK; HEIR: STEPHANIE CLARK; HEIR: SHERI CLARK; HEIR: JAMES BEECH CLARK, V; HEIR: KEITH CLARK; HEIR: PAMELA NIKULA; DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JAMES B. CLARK, DECEASED AND/OR THE ESTATE OF JAMES B. CLARK, DECEASED; BETTY DAANE CLARK, SURVIVING SPOUSE OF JAMES B.
