Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure after Default by the Court entered on March 3, 2023, in Case Number 2022-CA-000188 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk, Florida, wherein BLOOMFIELD HILLS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL MISIAKOWSKI and MICHELLE HENDERSON n/k/a MICHELLE MISIAKOWSKI, are Defendants, Stacey M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Court, will offer for public sale, the following-described real property:
LOT 103 AND THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 104, BLOOMFIELD HILLS, PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGES 38 AND 39 PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
