NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2020CA002569000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-D is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Rose Marie Robinson a/k/a Rose M. Robinson a/k/a Rose Robinson a/k/a Rose S. Robinson f/k/a Rose Marie Donton f/k/a Rose Marie Simon, Deceased; Kristia Aikens; Clerk of the Court, Polk County,
Florida; Antonio Darden; Freddie Dontone; Anthony Keepler; Patsy Donton a/k/a Patsy A. Donton; Dorecus Aikens a/k/a Dorecus Clarencea Aikens; Josh James Donton a/k/a Josh James Donton, Jr. a/k/a Josh J. Donton a/k/a Josh Donton; Sammie A. Donton a/k/a Sammie Andre Donton a/k/a Sammie Donton are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of May, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, THEN SOUTH 490 FEET, THEN EAST 560 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THEN EAST 120 FEET,
THENCE NORTH 150 FEET, THEN WEST 120 FEET, THEN SOUTH 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION COVERS LOT 70 AS SHOWN ON IMCC DRAWING “2327, FILE 80B-2” THE BEARINGS GIVEN IN THIS DESCRIPTION ARE BASED ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE BEARING OF THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST IS A DUE EAST AND WEST LINE. LESS: THAT PART CONVEYED TO ACL RAILROAD AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL, RECORDS BOOK 7, PAGE 532 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
