NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2023, in the above-styled case, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 2nd day of May 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following described property:
