Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, dated April 3, 2023, the Clerk will sell the property described below situated in Pasco County, Florida, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 5, 2023, on the following property described below as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 64, Block 1, Westwood Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 44, Page 42, of the public records of Pasco County Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN
