YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to compel the recording of an assignment, a satisfaction, or discharge of mortgage on the following real property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 98 of WOOD TRAIL VILLAGE, UNIT TWO-A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 25 through 28, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TAYLOR DAY GRIMM & BOYD, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 50 N. Laura Street, Suite 3500, Jacksonville, FL 32202 on or before May 15th, 2023 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Pasco County Court House, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
