f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK as Trustee for FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-AA6, Plaintiff and Brian P. Wynne are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 17, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 72, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 41 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
