JOHN M. FORBES, SUSAN C. FORBES, JOHN R. MULLER, DOLORES J. WILLIAMS,
JOSEPH E. BUISHAS, ROSEMARY C. BUISHAS, DORIS J. KAUFFMAN, AND STEPHEN R. KAUFFMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE J. RICHARD KAUFFMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 6/2/10.

NOTICE of Sale is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment as to Count I entered in the above noted case that the following properties will be sold in Manatee County, Florida by the Manatee County Clerk of Court, described as:
UNIT NUMBER 114; WEEK NUMBER 36 of White Sands of Longboat Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 986, Pages 3300 through 3377 and Amendments thereto and as per Plat thereof Recorded in Condominium Book 10 Pages 194 through 197 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and the appurtenant undivided interest in common elements thereto.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of May, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by ACH, wire transfer, cash, cashier's check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED
