Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 3, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1-305 &1-307 (THE “UNIT”) OF THE HOTEL AT NAPLES BAY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM (THE “CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE “DECLARATION”) RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4330, PAGES 849 THROUGH 964, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING: (1) EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO THE UNIT; AND (2) THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1490 FIFTH AVE SOUTH #'S 314 & 316, NAPLES, FL 34102; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on May 4, 2023 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
