NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Corrected Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure (DIN: 80) dated March 30, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 002685 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein URIAS LAMAR YODER, PATRICIA ANN YODER, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION NO. 1, n/k/a JOHN DOE AS TENANT are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 25th day of May, 2023, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Corrected Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION, 613 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION, 824 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' EAST 75 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' FEET EAST 75 FEET , THENCE 140.73 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 55' WEST 75 FEET; THENCE WEST 140.73 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
