NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 120, DEL SOL VILLAGE AT LONGWOOD RUN, PHASE II, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 24, 24A through 24E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on May 9, 2023
