NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:

at public sale, the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on May 9, 2023
