ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC2 is the Plaintiff and JULIO RUIZ A/K/A JULIO ANGEL RIVERA RUIZ; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; BETHZAIDA CLASS MARTINEZ; W. S. BADCOCK CORPORATION; RIJO GROUP, LLC; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTY RANDOLPH; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CLIFFORD WODICKS are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 09, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
